$ 110 / night,  $ 2,800/month
$ 125 / night,  $ 3,200/month   Dec-Feb, Jul-Aug
• 6 night minimum stay
• Based on monthly (30-day) rental
• Plus 12.962% tax (see details below)
• Single or double occupancy; adults only
• No cleaning fee

Check-in: 3pm
Check-out: 11am

- 50% deposit required upon booking.
- Reservations confirmed only upon receipt of deposit.
- Refunds subject to rebooking.
- Full payment in cash or traveler's checks ONLY upon check-in.
- Taxes include Hawaii Transient Accommodations Tax (8.25%) and Hawaii General Excise Tax (4.712%).
